Your lift, your account, our review.

1. The agreement

   These terms are between you and Dejan Lazeski, an individual entrepreneur in the Czech Republic who runs OutliftMe (outliftme.com); see who we are. You accept them by signing in with X or by submitting a lift. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

   The rules page describes the lift and evidence standards the board enforces. It is part of these terms; if the two ever disagree, these terms win. The privacy policy describes what we store.

2. Who we are

   This email is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities, including under the EU Digital Services Act. We answer in English or Czech.

3. What OutliftMe is

   A free, public leaderboard of verified lifts. You post a link to a public video of your lift, an operator watches it, and if it holds up the lift is ranked by DOTS, a bodyweight-adjusted score. Anyone can see the board, and posting lifts is free.

   Nothing is for sale. Your listing (where you work, what you build, a support button and a link to your X profile) is free for every lifter with a verified lift. You can donate to support OutliftMe if you want to; a donation unlocks nothing. Rank cannot be bought.

   We do not host video. Evidence lives on X under X's terms; we link to it and embed it.

4. Your account

   • You must be at least 15 years old.
   • To donate you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent.
   • You sign in with your own X account. Your X handle is your identity on the board. You are responsible for what happens under it.
   • One person, one account. Do not create or use accounts to pose as someone else.
   • If X suspends or deletes your account, or you change your handle, your board may become unreachable until you sign in again.

5. Your lifts and evidence

   When you submit a lift you confirm all of the following:

   • It is you lifting, in one continuous, unedited clip.
   • The weight and bodyweight you enter are true. Bodyweight is your weight at the time of the lift.
   • The evidence post comes from the X account you signed in with.
   • You own the video or have permission from whoever filmed it, and anyone else visible has agreed to appear in a public video.
   • The video stays public for as long as the lift is on the board.
   • The same clip is used for one lift only.

   Submissions and challenges are limited per handle per day. Automated submissions are not allowed.

6. What you let us do with it

   You keep ownership of your video and your posts. You give OutliftMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as your lift is on the board, to:

   • display your handle, profile photo, lift, numbers and rank on the site;
   • link to and embed your evidence post or video, and show its thumbnail;
   • compute and publish your DOTS score, rank and cohort standings;
   • render share images and previews of your board and lifts;
   • post about your verified lift from @OutliftMe on X, naming your handle, the lift and weight, linking to your board and quoting your evidence post;
   • tag your handle in that @OutliftMe post when another lifter's verified lift takes #1 from you on a board.

   The licence ends when your lift is withdrawn or your account is removed. Signed in, use Withdraw on your lift or Remove me from OutliftMe on your board. You can also email hello@outliftme.com and we act within 30 days. The @OutliftMe post about a withdrawn or deleted lift is deleted when posting is configured. Copies made by others (reposts, screenshots, search caches) are outside our control.

7. Verification and rank

   • Every submission is reviewed by a human operator. Nothing ranks while it is pending.
   • Verification is our judgement about the evidence, made in good faith. It is not a certification of a record and can be wrong.
   • We may reject, remove, re-review, or adjust any lift or rank at any time, with or without a challenge, and without notice, when the evidence, the rules or these terms call for it.
   • Anyone signed in may challenge a lift. Challenges are public and carry the challenger's handle. A challenge never removes rank by itself; only review does.
   • You may withdraw your own lift. Withdrawal takes it off the ranking and your profile. It is not a rejection.
   • Rank, scores and any titles have no monetary value and give you no rights against us or anyone else.
   • A support or payment link on a profile is the lifter's own, off this site, and has no effect on rank, verification, or review. OutliftMe is not a party to that transaction, does not process the payment, and does not mediate disputes.

8. Your listing

   Your listing lets people see who you are off the platform. Once a lift of yours is verified, every board you appear on can show, free:

   • your profession and your company, or where you work;
   • your startup or project name, with a link;
   • a support or payment button on your profile, pointing to your own page, with button text you choose;
   • your @handle, linking to your X profile.

   Changing your listing. Once your company or project is listed, you change it by posting a new personal best: a verified lift heavier than your best of that lift already on record. The first lift of a new lift type only sets a baseline and does not count. In the first 24 hours after a listing goes live you can fix it without a heavier lift. You can remove it at any time, for free.

   Your listing never affects rank. It does not change your DOTS score, your rank, how your lifts are reviewed, or how challenges are decided.

   Support links. The support button opens your own payment page, off this site. OutliftMe is not a party to those payments, does not process them, and does not handle refunds or disputes between you and the people who pay you. We can remove a link or its button text if it breaks these terms, for example a scam, illegal content, or text that misleads visitors.

9. Donations

   You can support OutliftMe with a donation of any amount. It is voluntary and it is a gift, not a purchase: a donation unlocks nothing. It does not change your listing, your score, your rank, how your lifts are reviewed, or how challenges are decided. Everything on OutliftMe stays free whether you donate or not.

   Donations go to the person named under who we are and are processed by Stripe. OutliftMe never sees or stores your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt. A donation is not linked to your X handle or to anything on the board.

   Mistakes and refunds. If you donated by mistake, gave the wrong amount, or were charged twice, email hello@outliftme.com with the date, the amount and the email on your receipt, and we refund it to the card or account you paid with. Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank; it is faster for both of us. None of this limits your legal rights.

10. What is not allowed

    • Lying about the weight, your bodyweight, your sex for scoring, or who is lifting.
    • Posting someone else's clip as yours, or reusing a clip.
    • Using challenges to harass, spam or settle scores rather than to flag evidence.
    • Scraping or bulk-downloading the site beyond what robots.txt allows.
    • Probing, overloading or trying to break the service or the review console.

    Breaking these lets us remove your lifts, block your handle from the board, and publicly mark the removed lifts as rejected.

11. Changes to the board and these terms

    OutliftMe is new. We may change how ranking, cohorts, verification or any feature works, add or drop lift types, or stop the service, at any time. We may change these terms; the date at the top moves and material changes are announced from @OutliftMe. Using the board after a change means you accept it.

    If OutliftMe closes. We will announce it from @OutliftMe at least 30 days before. Listings end when the service ends. A donation supports the service while it runs, not a promise that it runs forever, so donations are not refunded on closure except where the law requires.

12. No warranties

    The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error free, or that any lift, score or rank is correct. This does not reduce your mandatory legal rights as a consumer.

    Lifting heavy is dangerous. OutliftMe is a leaderboard, not coaching or medical advice. Train with people who know what they are doing. You are responsible for your own safety and for any attempt you make to move up the board.

13. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or injury arising from your use of the board or reliance on anything shown on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Czech Republic, including for intentional harm, or the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in.

14. Reporting content

    Anyone can report content on OutliftMe that they think is illegal or breaks these terms: a lift, a listing, a support link, a challenge, or an account. That includes a video that shows you without your consent, uses your work without permission, or a lift that is not what it claims to be. Email hello@outliftme.com with:

    • the exact link (URL) to the content on OutliftMe;
    • why you think it is illegal or against the rules, in a sentence or two;
    • who you are and how you are affected, if you are (the person filmed, the rights holder);
    • a way to reach you back;
    • a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the report is accurate and complete.

    We act on reports without undue delay and tell you what we decided. We may hide content while we look into it and may share the report with the lifter, without your contact details unless you agree.

    If we remove or restrict your content (a listing, a support link, a lift, or your account), we tell you, on X or by email, what we did and why, which rule or law it breaks, and whether it came from a report. You can contest the decision by replying; a person looks at it again. Evidence hosted on X is also subject to X's own reporting tools.

15. Law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes go to the courts of the Czech Republic, except that if you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory rules and the courts of the country where you live. Let us try to fix it by email first.

    Out-of-court disputes. If you are a consumer and we cannot agree about a payment, you can ask the Česká obchodní inspekce (Czech Trade Inspection Authority, ČOI) to resolve it out of court, free of charge: adr.coi.cz (www.coi.cz).

16. The small print

    • If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the broken part is read as the closest enforceable version.
    • Not enforcing a rule once does not mean we have given it up.
    • You cannot hand these terms to someone else. We may hand them on if OutliftMe is transferred to a company or a new operator; this page will say so.
    • These terms, the rules and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the board and donations.
