Your lift, your account, our review.

   The agreement

   These terms are between you and Dejan Lazeski, an individual in the Czech Republic who runs OutliftMe (outliftme.com). You accept them by signing in with X or by submitting a lift. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

   The rules page describes the lift and evidence standards the board enforces. It is part of these terms; if the two ever disagree, these terms win. The privacy policy describes what we store.

   What OutliftMe is

   A free, public leaderboard of verified lifts. You post a link to a public video of your lift, an operator watches it, and if it holds up the lift is ranked by DOTS, a bodyweight-adjusted score. Anyone can see the board. There are no paid tiers and rank cannot be bought.

   We do not host video. Evidence lives on X or YouTube under their terms; we link to it and embed it.

3. 03

   Your account

   • You must be at least 15 years old.
   • You sign in with your own X account. Your X handle is your identity on the board. You are responsible for what happens under it.
   • One person, one account. Do not create or use accounts to pose as someone else.
   • If X suspends or deletes your account, or you change your handle, your board may become unreachable until you sign in again.

4. 04

   Your lifts and evidence

   When you submit a lift you confirm all of the following:

   • It is you lifting, in one continuous, unedited clip.
   • The weight and bodyweight you enter are true. Bodyweight is your weight at the time of the lift.
   • An X evidence post comes from the X account you signed in with. A YouTube video is one you control.
   • You own the video or have permission from whoever filmed it, and anyone else visible has agreed to appear in a public video.
   • The video stays public for as long as the lift is on the board.
   • The same clip is used for one lift only.

   Submissions and challenges are limited per handle per day. Automated submissions are not allowed.

5. 05

   What you let us do with it

   You keep ownership of your video and your posts. You give OutliftMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as your lift is on the board, to:

   • display your handle, profile photo, lift, numbers and rank on the site;
   • link to and embed your evidence post or video, and show its thumbnail;
   • compute and publish your DOTS score, rank and cohort standings;
   • render share images and previews of your board and lifts;
   • post about your verified lift from @OutliftMe on X, naming your handle, the lift and weight, linking to your board and quoting your evidence post.

   The licence ends when your lift is removed. Ask at hello@outliftme.com and we remove the lift and delete the @OutliftMe post about it within 30 days. Copies made by others (reposts, screenshots, search caches) are outside our control.

6. 06

   Verification and rank

   • Every submission is reviewed by a human operator. Nothing ranks while it is pending.
   • Verification is our judgement about the evidence, made in good faith. It is not a certification of a record and can be wrong.
   • We may reject, remove, re-review, or adjust any lift or rank at any time, with or without a challenge, and without notice, when the evidence, the rules or these terms call for it.
   • Anyone signed in may challenge a lift. Challenges are public and carry the challenger's handle. A challenge never removes rank by itself; only review does.
   • Rank, scores and any titles have no monetary value and give you no rights against us or anyone else.

7. 07

   What is not allowed

   • Lying about the weight, your bodyweight, your sex for scoring, or who is lifting.
   • Posting someone else's clip as yours, or reusing a clip.
   • Using challenges to harass, spam or settle scores rather than to flag evidence.
   • Scraping or bulk-downloading the site beyond what robots.txt allows.
   • Probing, overloading or trying to break the service or the review console.

   Breaking these lets us remove your lifts, block your handle from the board, and publicly mark the removed lifts as rejected.

8. 08

   Changes to the board and these terms

   OutliftMe is new. We may change how ranking, cohorts, verification or any feature works, add or drop lift types, or stop the service, at any time. We may change these terms; the date at the top moves and material changes are announced from @OutliftMe. Using the board after a change means you accept it.

9. 09

   No warranties

   The service is provided as is and as available, free of charge. We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error free, or that any lift, score or rank is correct.

   Lifting heavy is dangerous. OutliftMe is a leaderboard, not coaching or medical advice. Train with people who know what they are doing. You are responsible for your own safety and for any attempt you make to move up the board.

10. 10

    Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or injury arising from your use of the board or reliance on anything shown on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Czech Republic, including for intentional harm, or the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in.

11. 11

    Complaints and takedowns

    If a video shows you without your consent, uses your work without permission, or a lift on the board is not what it claims to be, email hello@outliftme.com with:

    • the link to the lift or board on OutliftMe;
    • who you are and how you are affected (the person filmed, the rights holder);
    • what is wrong, in a sentence or two;
    • a way to reach you back.

    We answer within 30 days and remove content that breaks these terms. We may hide a lift while we look into it and may share the notice with the lifter. Evidence hosted on X or YouTube is also subject to their own reporting tools.

12. 12

    Law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes go to the courts of the Czech Republic, except that if you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory rules and the courts of the country where you live. Let us try to fix it by email first.

13. 13

    The small print

    • If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the broken part is read as the closest enforceable version.
    • Not enforcing a rule once does not mean we have given it up.
    • You cannot hand these terms to someone else. We may hand them on if OutliftMe is transferred to a company or a new operator; this page will say so.
    • These terms, the rules and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the board.
